How Lunar Phases Influence Your Physical & Spiritual Cycles

As you probably know, nature is a huge part of my spiritual practice. Being outside grounds me and helps me so much when I’m feeling especially anxious or depressed.
I’ve been learning more about how the lunar cycle is connected to our bodily cycle and how certain phases of the moon can help you with setting and releasing intentions.
I’m fascinated by this topic and have so much to learn, so I turned to my good friend Inés @_ineskelly_ to break down the basics of the lunar cycle and what it means for us on a spiritual and physical level. Inés is a coach, spiritual muse, podcaster, and curator of Moon Musings and La Luna Circle.
