Dealing with Overwhelm?! Your Body Has Answers

Overwhelm is a SERIOUS issue, especially when you are so overwhelmed you have NO idea how you really feel.

In this video, I talk about experiencing a mind-body connection and how that can keep us inline with our emotions, as well as a simple art therapy exercise that will help you figure out the physical manifestations (or symptoms) of each emotion on your body.

I share over a simple exercise is a great way to reflect on your overwhelm and will allow you to understand your emotions better by understanding your body first.

The exercise allows you to log the physical symptoms that you have attached with various emotions, which can help you figure out what you are truly feeling when you are overwhelmed.

This is especially helpful for those who have experienced depression, panic or anxiety attacks, depersonalization, and dissociation.
